terms of service (t.o.s.)

The following are Miwa Bunny’s Terms of Service version 1.2
Before any work can begin I will require payment (via Second Life only) and an attestation in writing of you agreeing to the terms of service.ABOUT TIMELINE AND SCOPE:
Consultation is free of charge where we will determine the type of work you wish to have done, build/space, music (if applicable) and time and commercial use.
Once a project has been determined, I require full payment upfront.
There will be some WIPs sent your way should you require them.ABOUT REVISIONS
During the end stage, I allow for 2 revisions of the work, should the client request them.
Revision after the final work has been delivered, will not be entertained.
Any revisions or changes after the final work has been delivered will come at an additional cost.RESPONSABILITIES AND UNDERSTANDING:
It is your responsibility to provide me with the most accurate and detailed account of what you have in mind for the end product.
It is your responsibilty to provide all graphic content that needs to be added to the final product.
It is your responsibility to communicate any and all discontent or changes you wish be made when asked for feedback.
It is my responsibility to attempt to complete your request to the best of my abilities and communicate any issues that may arise during the creation process.
It is my resposibility to communicate of technical or content limitations that may make it impossible for me toABOUT PAYMENT:
Payment for any project is expected upon receipt of formal acceptance.
Payment plans are available for ongoing projects only.
I accept Second Life Linden Dollars (L$) only.
I do not refund fees for any reason unless project has not been started or irrecocsiable differences.ABOUT MY WORK AND LIMITATIONS:
I offer mostly on short films, promos and music videos.
I do not take on commercial photography work, unless requested by one of my sponsors.
I am comfortable with erotic-styled videos.
I do not and will never work with child avatars.
I do not record porn or anything that breaks ToS.
I have the right to refuse working with someone or in a project I do not feel comfortable with.ABOUT COPYRIGHT, REPRODUCTION AND REPOSTING
All my content is watermarked upon delivery unless a commercial use license has been agreed upon from the start.
I reserve the right to include the commissioned work in my personal portfolios (both physical and online), commissions sheets, pages, profile and social media at any and all points.
I reserve the right to edit, modify and repurpose content and raw material.
I reserve the right to claim the commissioned pieces and works as my own work.
You do not have the right to include the commissioned piece in a portfolio, online profile or any other place without credit to me.
You do not have the right to sell or reproduce for commercial use, unless a commercial license has been acquired.
You do not have the right to claim the commission as your work.
You have the right to post the watermarked versions provided to you in any and all social media with credit to me.All my commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Reproduction or sale of my pieces without proper permission or any evidence that the artwork/commission was bought for commercial purposes will be a violation of Intellectual Property laws.
As the creator I retain all rights to my work unless a commercial use license has been acquired.ABOUT CONTENT CREATED FOR MY SPONSORS:
You have the right to obtain a copy of my photos to use as promotional material for your store with proper credit to me.
You can request a copy of the original file which will be delivered watermarked and with credits (video only)
You have the right to post the watermarked versions provided to you in any and all social media with credit to me.
I do not share original raw files or non-watermarked versions of my content unless you wish to acquire a commercial use license, in which case any and all formally created and paid for material will be added to cost.
This is a reminder that my sponsorship content is based on mutual benefit and exposure within the Second Life community and social medias in which SL content is posted.ToS Revision Date: May 1th, 2025 (version 2.0)
